Who should not fast?
You should not practice Intermittent Fasting if you are:
Underweight (BMI 18.5) or suffering from an eating disorder such as anorexia.
Pregnant – women require additional nutrients for their unborn child.
Breastfeeding – you need extra nutrients for your child.
A child under 18 – extra nutrients are required for your growth.
You can probably fast, but you may need medical supervision if you have the following conditions:

If you take prescription medication.
